General Manager

Urban Alarm is seeking a key leader of our team to manage the budgeting, recruiting, sales, project management, and delivery of security and life safety services. You will be involved in all aspect of company leadership and management as well as taking the lead to providing the highest quality of services to customers.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage systems, processes, and team in sales, customer relationship, and project management
  • Develop and maintain business performance to budget
  • Escalate and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Manage project management team and process
  • Refine business staffing plan and recruit and develop internal talent to address company needs and plans
  • Collaborate with company founder to provide leadership, vision, and company culture

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets and resource towards a defined plan and growth objectives
  • Knowledge of electronic security and life safety systems
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate and present business performance and challenges
  • Network of prospective team member with skills in electronic security and life safety
  • Excellent customer communication and service ability
  • Project and process management expertise
  • Proficient in business information systems including Google Suite, Excel, etc
