Sales Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Admin who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position will provide direct support to the Sales Team and the General Manager. Candidate must be comfortable with inbound and outbound sales inquires via telephone, email and message board platforms; with a high daily contact rate, as determined by Executive Management. Candidate will work with sales team and channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Answer sales calls
  • Qualify and coordinate sales opportunities
  • Research sales opportunities
  • Manage calendar for sales staff and coordinate appointments with customers and prospects
  • Prepare customer work orders and agreements and obtain sign offs
  • Answer phones
  • Monitor sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and experience dealing with dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
